Help me provide hunger relieving food and critical social service support to those who need it most!

Hi everyone!

I've been super lucky to be part of the Rio Grande Food Project team for nearly 7 years, and I'm beyond fortunate that you all, my dear friends and family, have so kindly joined me year after year to strengthen and support this hunger-relief and food security mission. Thank you SO much!

Rio Grande Food Project's food pantry, urban garden, and community hub offer food assistance, fresh produce, and social service support to cultivate long-term food security in Albuquerque communities and beyond.

RGFP sources food from a variety of places and has had to become especially creative and resourceful this year due to inflation and supply chain issues. We are working with new bulk retailers and increasing food-drive corporate and community group relationships. We're also growing partnerships with local farmers to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables to our guests. Eating healthy makes a big difference in the lives of our pantry guests, many of whom struggle with chronic diet-related diseases.

Next time we sit down for a meal, let's consider the awful fact that 1 in 4 kids in New Mexico skip meals or go to bed hungry. Your donations can and DO HELP!
