Right now, Albuquerque is experiencing higher than ever food prices, as cost of living continues to rise faster than many New Mexicans can afford.

Rio Grande Food Project's food pantry, urban garden and community hub offer food assistance, fresh produce, and social service support to cultivate long-term food security in our communities.

The Board of Directors asks for your fundraising support. Your donations help Rio Grande Food Project serve our community year-round. We invite you to come alongside us in our passion for eliminating food insecurity.

RGFP sources food from a variety of places including local farmers so we can provide the freshest fruits and vegetables to our guests. Eating healthy makes a difference, especially for the many New Mexicans who suffer from chronic, diet-related diseases such as diabetes. Food is a form of medicine, and access to healthy ingredients should never be a challenge. RGFP exists to help ensure our community has access to the foods they need to live healthy lives and thrive.
